Sue did a great job helping us book our cruises. She worked with NCL to resolve multiple account issue.

Ali at ext 36225 is absolutely the best travel agent ever! She is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I was so happy to book another cruise with her!

The associate tried to help me get my credit card to be accepted into the system and he tried very hard to complete the task but was unable to. He did give me information on what to do to address the situation and that is what I needed.

It was easy and great. I had to call about a few things and they were great at helping. Can’t wait to book another trip

Great

Christine was very helpful and patient with me as a first time cruiser.

Was easy to book and I like the follow up e-mails

Carla did a great job and was very helpful

My booking experience was phenomenal! My booking agent’s name was Keokie Shannon and she was absolutely amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable, patient, personable, funny, down to earth, and just an overall a wonderful agent! I would most definitely recommend her hands down! She made my book experience a smooth and memorable one!

My experience for booking with you all was really great thanks to Phillip Sizelove. He made the call comfortable & pleasant. He was very polite and very informative. He was a very cheerful and wise young man. He answered questions with a lot of knowledge and understanding. I’m glad to have spoken with him, he made my night because I got to complete my cruise booking with no problem. Phillip is a great CSR. You all should keep him around as long as you can. If I had to book again I will book with you all because of Phillip’s sense of humor and his great personality. Thanks
