There were some payment processing issues and confusion, but it was all okay in the end.

Kelsey is so easy to talk to and dicuss the type of cruise we like and she handles all thereservation details.

I got 2 very different quotes from 2 phone calls and 1 chat message, so there is that. Also, I feel it's false advertising because you say the 2nd person is 75% but then it isn't and I didn't comprehend anything they were saying... Anyhow, Cheap cruises was a better experience 2 years ago when we booked our Western European cruise with 10 of us. I might be looking at other sites after this experience unfortunately.Thank you,Emily
