Harry Kroll took great care of us canceling a Celebrity cruise and BOOKING 2 Carnival cruises. He booked cruises on the CARNIVAL Dream Journey and the Carnival Breeze Journey in 2027. He booked our rooms based on our instructions and requested supper times.

The prosess of application is good. Suggestions:1）Need to indicat how about the visa situation for the guest with non us citizen passport.2）Should offer another choice for payment except the first guest, such as from the first guest's relatives who support financially the trip but not in US and can not write English.3）The wifi service should not connect to alchole beverige.
