Janet Del Pino is efficient and such a wonderful agent. We've booked with her for a very long time. She feels like family. She takes awesome care of us !

Both agents took the time to educate me on my choices and helped me decide what would be best for my family. Great service and looking forward to the cruise.

The website is easy to use, however what I don't understand is I have booked many cruises through your company and I always see where it says you get this or you get that free onboard credit or free this and I have NEVER gotten one thing. So I ask myself why do you keep using them site to book anything?
