I expected to pick my stateroom like what I had previously done. That didn't happen. I'm almost regretting booking the cruise. I have to wait until I get to the port to find out where the stateroom is located. That is a major part of booking a cruise.

It was pretty quick and easy to book, but wish more details about the cruise was listed. Ex: drinks packages, premium meals, etc. Wasn't sure what the "anytime or 8:00" choice was about.

Nixa is great. With her help, we booked two rooms.One thing I would like you know is that your web does not work well. It gives error messages often. After I submitted my payment, it showed an error message. I had to call your staff for help. Luckly, Nixa was a great helper.

Booking want bad. Dealing with customer service was unbelievable!! I contacted twice about 2 issues and both reps were extremely helpful, professional and polite. Both to be commended, especially with some of the consumer service out there today
