Booking was done later than expected. The option to select a particular location was no longer available. Aside from that, everything proceeded as anticipated

Booking the cruise was easy, although as a repeat customer, in the past we always was offered some perk, but not this time. Also a $100 charge was added without consent or mentioning of it for insurance, but was told during booking there was no refunds on cruise.

It was a pleasure speaking with Ed Sai. He was personable and very professional. He was working with our travel partners who live in another state as well. I enjoyed his sense of humor as well as his knowledge. He is an asset to your company.
