Harry Kroll took great care of us canceling a Celebrity cruise and BOOKING 2 Carnival cruises. He booked cruises on the CARNIVAL Dream Journey and the Carnival Breeze Journey in 2027. He booked our rooms based on our instructions and requested supper times.

Leanne Ong was terrific and and demonstrated a lot of patience and answered all my questions. She also walked me through the princess app. Really great!
