You guys did very well on my behalf and that's means alot I was made to feel important my needs was met and every one was so nice sweet and respectful. A very good team that day I drove off in my new car. Was amazing experience and a amazing staff there as well as a wonderful day .I was comfortable with all the questions and was helped if I didn't understand something I did not feel pressure or feel like I had to pock a certain car of there choice they put me in a car that was for me and my family that fit all our needs and comfort as well as great gas milage thank you guys so much for helping me and getting me financed with a new car .God knows iv prayed for this for several years needing a dependable car to get my child to Atlanta to her dr Apts she has to go to a children's hospital several times a week for therapy and test and treatment and this team at Mitsubishi was so helpful and got me in a dependable car with great gas mileage .They was amazing. Very helpful worked hard to make sure I drive off in a car .every one was very polite respectful and sociable. It was a wonderful experience considering that in the past at a different company and car lot was not a good experience at a different place others was rude and made me feel like I was Lower class .Mitsubishi in canton georgia made me feel no different then them an made me feel my needs was important and worked hard to help us thank you Mitsubishi. The lady that help me payten was just amazing and Albert was just as amazing as well both those people was caring and made me feel comfortable and calm .Treated me like family and that's a wonderful feeling to drive off In a new car Knowing my needs was met at every avenue possible.

I just wanted to say that the difference between the previous dealership owner—and the neglect evident in certain areas—and the positive changes brought about by the new owners is very noticeable. Keep up the great work.I noticed that they hired a young bilingual man in the mechanics department who speaks Spanish, and that is a great help for customers who do not speak English fluently.

Arriving process great, your appt schedule could be better, communication throughout my visit great, the communication over a missed appt annoying, your system should know I was there.The process to schedule was ok, to modify was not easy, I never saw an option, calling is not my best method, I want digital, and this was not easy, and I kept getting updates and missed apt from a date that should have been cancelled. I should not have received a missed message, since I was there. That is inconvenient.Great service, communication was great! Every done as was explained, friendly service, great place to wait,

The only thing that would have made it better was to have a fresh pot of coffee! It was down to the dregs!I really loved that they washed my car and vacuumed it for freeThey went over and above any other dealership I have encountered.
