Staff was condescending to my wife. The wait to change JUST the oil, took over two hours when there wasn't a wait nor many other people there.Amenities were basic, seating was passable but not comfortable.Your technicians need to communicate better and not speak condecendingly to their customers when they are asked a valid question. My wife asked why the "service engine soon" light was still on after the oil change and got a very unprofessional answer. The response being. "Probably because you waited so long to get an oil change." And was then dismissed.Was not notified prior to oil change that my warranty had lapsed. Was expecting a free oil change but instead had to pay for it due to lack of prior communication.

It would have been nice to have the windows cleaned and perhaps the carpets vacuumed. But it was no dirtier than when I brought it in for a radio replacement.The touchscreen quit working on my radio at about 50,000 miles. Took it into another Mitsubishi dealer and was told it was not covered under the 60,000-mile warranty and would cost about $600 to replace it and up to a year to get the part. I decided not to fix it. Then, several months later, I got a letter from Mitsubishi extending the warranty on the radio and replacing it at no cost to me, except for two trips across town to a dealer and wait time. It took about 6 weeks for the part to come in, requiring the second trip back to have it installed. Once the part was available, Cherokee Mitsubishi did a good job of replacing the part and getting me on my way as expected.Service performed correctly, on time as scheduled, and with friendly people and a clean customer waiting room.

They made us feel like celebrities, how they presented to car to us. I will be recommending them to everyone we meet. We bought an outlander in Daytona Beach and our experience was good there, but Cherokee made it over the top.They were so attentive to our needs. They listened to us and did everything they could for us. They were not pushy like so dealerships.
