Staff was nice and helpful. Service was pretty quick!

I was told it was take 20-30 minutes. When I got there, an employee said it could be a hour to a hour and a half due to them being “busy”.The window was down, and as I mentioned before it was cold.Was the first time I was greeted outside the garage. It was cold and I would have rather waited and pulled in the service garage.

The wheel was the most fun :)Best car buying experience and I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles!

The issue I had was on the sheet with the repairs item need it, was a price on a little over 260 for front brakes and rotors and that prices should have been accepted for that because that what was quoted and tires was quoted low also but wasn't getting tires, I PAID OVER 950 for a part that's price between 60 -$200 depending on where your buy it, I paid way to much will NEVER that, but I did talk with Chuck he was willingly to only charge me for one Rotor but I had to buy the other, I told them I had a $25 off of repair but they took 100 off and I couldn't get a Military discount, I felt with the huge mark up ,I should have got it, and Chuck is ok but he is not for the modern generation for customers service. He so dry and just well. I Don't bash people just positive feed back, I'm ok with him bc I'm up in age but I would go somewhere else for customer service and service.

I just wished they had a shuttle service to accommodate the customers.

Would not change anything, the experience was great.Very good experience and great staff.Especially our sales rep StephenGreat experience, was welcomed, and appreciated the process from arrival to departure. They went above and beyond to help me out. Great car buying experience.

My salesman was the best. The finance guys are the best. They make you feel comfortable, heard and important. I will never buy a car anywhere else!!!They made the process so easy and painless and I didn't have to sit there for hours.
