I got an oil change, tire rotation, fluid check all for free as part of the purchase of a new vehicle. They even shined the tires and wheels

The experience I received at Cherokee Mitsubishi was excellent customer service because I didn’t feel pressured and it didn’t feel like they just wanted to push a sale like most dealerships. I was treated with respect and kindness. I felt like part of a family/community.I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. The people are very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I felt like part of a family. They asked questions and listened to our specific needs. In the end it was always my decisions to make.

At 60 years old I have been in a few dealers. As my wife and I walked in we both felt at ease. The honesty and professionalism of the staff was amazing. I walked in thinking I was going to be lied to and they would try and rip me of like the last dealer we bought a car from. But not with them, they were all very welcoming and did what they said they would through the whole process. Great all-around people and I will definitely be back and recommend anyone to go see them for a new car!The experience was one of the best I ever had. I have not felt that way in a dealership before.
