The Cherokee Mitsubishi service team is by far the best in Atlanta. There is another dealership closer to me, but I drive an hour to Cherokee Mitsubishi because of their honesty and professionalism.

My vehicle vanity plate was switched for theirs, my driver's side floor may was wet so I had to take it out and let it dry overnight.No extra feedback except please switch my profile to my name, and also you all should let someone know that they're switching their stuff around (i.e., my vanity plate from where I bought my vehicle) as I was particularly attached to my plate. Other then that, it was an overall nice experience. My vehicle is still making the knocking noise I told them about so I'll have to go back and see why soon.I don't think he could find my appointment in the system at first. It took him a bit to figure it out and I didn't know. My appointment was under Jazzmin, it's my vehicle, but it my profile keeps reverting back to the previous owner Steven Moore. It's quite annoying.The staff was nice and professional, I received status updates along the way, and the facility was clean.

The automated system had some hiccups in scheduling.
