I have had all maintenance on my outlander done at this location. I will not be returningExtensive brake work that might have been avoided if they changed the pads. This is the second time they have done thisI should have not been charged for extensive brake workHeater left on high seat warmers left onI bought my vehicle at this location. I have had all maintenance that they have recommended. They should reimburse me for the unnecessary brake damage

I didn’t appreciate when I came to pay my balance. The card declined. I was not t told what payment methods was available. The amount was over $2800 and to use your debit card and only allows me to take off $1000 at the time the guy stated that it may be something wrong with the machine because I was on the phone with my bank.. I was on the phone with the bank during this time. however they call someone down from upstairs. Her name was amber .I did not appreciate her approach when she came down an loudly said your card declined. clearly, the money was in my account.. They were given so much money from my insurance due to my car being stolen annd the repairs that needed to be completed. and to be treated as if I just came there knowing that my card was gonna be declined. they could have communicated better? I would’ve just brought cash. And in an order for them to use it credit you have to pay $63 that’s ridiculous and it was a huge inconvenience. I would never shop at Cherry Hill New Jersey again.It was some type of writing on the windshield that wasn’t cleaned off.My vehicle was stolen and it had to be told to Cherry Hill, New Jersey dealership to be repaired

The parking area is very small / tightI scheduled on the wrong day with it being the last day of the month and everyone was hungry to jump on you.My wife and I were very appreciative that even though there was no shuttle service on Saturday. They gave us a ride to the outlets.Very friendly and courteous auto group
