Great customer service

The seating area is a lot better than it used to be-they offer coffee and the seats are new-ish just very close together. It’s a shame they don’t have more room to make a slightly bigger waiting area, but it’s pretty decent.Parking on the other hand is very tight given they have the used cars for sale in that area as wellWilliam is an awesome service manager. Such a kind, nice and truly personable guy..Kind staff, quick turn around on maintenance.One favor-could the dealer not call/email me about trading in my car after a service visit? They’ve been doing this for as long as I’ve owned the car -which is seven years. I have no desire to do a trade-in I want to keep this car as long as possible.
