Well organized but offered limited amenities and lacked some signage (ie. the service check out desk was not obvious and it was very difficult to see and talk to the person behind the tall counter)Overall the service scheduling department and the main mechanic, William, who worked on my car were all very helpful and friendly during my last visit.I was not offered the opportunity to schedule my next service appointment while picking up my car.Overall service department was very friendly, transparent, and communicative.
