Was supposed to receive call when car was done ,I did not stay in waiting roomWas not staying and told them to give me a call and they said they would when it was done and never received a call. No one showed us where the car was.Was supposed to call but didn’t

Wifi password did not work. Parking lot is super small and kind of dangerous especially if you're not a good driver.I've already explained.Nothing additional. Actually there is but I'm not sure you have that much time. I have a long history with this dealership, and only go there for service when I absolutely have to. Will probably take that 4 hour round trip drive to the next dealership moving forward. Sorry, not sorry.4.5% fee to use a credit card that I didn't know about. When I questioned it, the service member invited me to walk down the highway to another business to use their ATM. When scheduling the appointment, the scheduler could have informed me of this fee. Imagine if my bill was $1000. That would be $45 fee that goes to who? They say it goes to the credit card machine company, but how are they charging a different amount on every transaction, because everyone's bill isn't the same. So on my transaction I pay a $9 fee but the person who owes $1000 pays $45. Make that make sense.
