I think I said it all.I'm used to very courteous assistance. I felt the my concierge person was very curt at times. I asked for the list of items that needed to be repaired, she told me she would make sure I had them and didn't follow through. I noticed with a different client, they brought their car closer to where they had to walk because the check out was not in Mitsubishi but was next door. I kinda figured that would be fine for all your patrons because checkout was a inconvenience but no I had to walk to the building next door and then walk all the way through the Mitsubishi building to get to my car.Nothing more
