My daughter and I were both disappointed in the behavior of the front office ladies. Dropping the f bomb with each other, while patients are in a waiting room is very unprofessional.

The dentist came off as non-caring in my eyes. I happened to have woken up during my wisdom tooth removal, and I moved my head due to being confused. He told me if I moved he would have to stop the procedure, and I understood why because of safety issues. I began crying and apologizing to him, and saying I was just confused. He continued with the surgery, and I remembered having silent tears go down my face every time I would realize what’s happening again. I just kept my eyes close so he would continue the procedure. I didn’t want to pay all that money to not have all my wisdom teeth taken out. The drive is too far to make it again for the same procedure. The medical staff that was there helping him, she was very sweet and reassuring during my time of distress. I just wish the dentist could have provided that same amount of care. I understand dangerous equipment may have been out, but I didn’t truly understand what was happening when waking up slightly due to my anesthesia.

Everyone is always very nice very polite very comforting considering having to have a procedure done. Dr. Cowan is very point and I appreciate his candor.

I didn’t understand why it took me so long to get into chair. I no I had to wait my turn, but why Schedule appointment 45 minutes before you get even in the chair. Yes I know he has other patients but didn’t take him long to get me done less than 15-20 minutes and I was out going. Thank you. He is quick
