They are very responsive and willing to work with you when you have requests, questions or concerns. I feel that their payment system is set up to charge you an extra fee for every option, except check in the mail.

Great move in process. The only thing I would recommend is that there be a thorough inspection of major appliances prior to an applicants move in. Our water heater is old and running cold quickly. The owner has agreed to repair which we are grateful but that would’ve eased the transition and aided in a comfortable decision being made. I love the home and have found it to be quite comfortable and safe.
