The staff is nice, flexible, and helpful. I appreciate being able to work through the property manager, but it seems that there are still limitations when the owner isn't doing their part. I made a few simple requests to take advantage of some of the included community amenities - the tennis court and the Verizon cable installation. Although these were no cost to the owner, the owner still had to provide authorization. For the entire 4 years of my stay the owner never gave authorization. However, when it was time to renew the lease, the owner had no problem increasing the rent and requesting my signature! It would be good if the property manager could have more authority more input when the owner is nonresponsive.

Do yourself a favor and rent from a thorough property management company. Talk about not waiting for repairs or quick responses. They didn't even try to keep our security deposit like other scammy companies.
