I had to purchase my own key for the club house. This seems unreasonable, but I couldn't get a sufficient response of anyone from the company dealing with this for me.

Greetings. I know things can happen and I appreciate you sending out a new stove. Thank you for that even though I was without a stove for 2 weeks. My question now is: 1) Since I had to call the Fire Dept and BGE for this leak, of course they don't wear booties and the carpet on the stairs has become soiled and needs cleaning. Will you shampoo the carpets? 2) My BGE bill is over $300 and I feel this is due to the leak. Will I be compensated for part of this bill. Please advise and thank you. I thought I had submitted this form, but the carpets will be cleaned 4/10; still working on BGE bill part
