Property managers were very helpful and always kept us informed of the developments with our place. They answered all the questions a first time landlord could think to ask. I will let the people I know looking for a property manager, that Chesapeake Management is a great one to consider.

Very professional, friendly assistance with finding a tenant for our Ashlyn Circle condo. CPM helped with some minor repairs which was greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with all the excellent service and good advise.

There were a few hiccups at the beginning but we're now two months in with our first tenant after CPM found them and things have gone quite well. We look forward to a continued fruitful relationship.

Chesapeake Property Management is great about fixing things that might not always be taken care of normally. I recently had a fluorescent bulb burn out in my kitchen--but the ceilings are too high for me to reach with step-stool, so I asked if they could replace the bulb. Right away, a service person called me to say he could do that if I would get the replacement bulb--and he made 2 trips--one to remove the bulb for me to know what kind to buy, and another trip to actually replace it! Now that's great service!

I am happy to say that my experience as renter of one of Chesapeake Properties was great. I never had a problem with requests for repairs, or service(s). Whenever I made a request for any type of service, my requests were acknowledged, and fulfilled in a timely fashion. I would recommend Chesapeake Properties Management to anyone who is looking for top-notch rental properties and tenant services.

I was not home when the maintenance was done, but from past experience I could trust that the work would be done quickly and professionally.
