Greetings. I know things can happen and I appreciate you sending out a new stove. Thank you for that even though I was without a stove for 2 weeks. My question now is: 1) Since I had to call the Fire Dept and BGE for this leak, of course they don't wear booties and the carpet on the stairs has become soiled and needs cleaning. Will you shampoo the carpets? 2) My BGE bill is over $300 and I feel this is due to the leak. Will I be compensated for part of this bill. Please advise and thank you. I thought I had submitted this form, but the carpets will be cleaned 4/10; still working on BGE bill part

Very responsive management team!

I rented my condo with Chesapeake for two years until I purchased my first home. From the start of the lease to the end, they were great to work with. I had very few maintenance issues and never really had to contact the office for anything. I think that says a ton about how they are sure to upkeep the property for the owners. They always did scheduled maintenance, paying rent on an app was easy, and closing the lease was great.

We appreciated the fast responses to any concerns or maintenance issues.

So far things have been going well. I had a leak and they were able to come in and handle the issue quickly.
