Chesapeake Property Management provides a great balance of professional and personal service. They make sure to be thorough in all their dealings and also are very available for my needs as a renter. The staff made the move in procedure seamless and pleasant from the viewing, contract to move in processes. Thank you for helping us find our new home.

The staff at CPM were great to work with. They were always very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. During my moveout process, they were very respectful of my time when marketing the home for the next renter. I felt like their only client!

The process was smooth and they have a very detailed orientation with follow-ups. This allows customers to have clarity on all aspects when entering a lease. In my case, I had a short turn around time between lease signing and move-in. This did not allow time for the property management team to fully prep the unit. For instance, I did not receive fresh paint and the HVAC and water were not reset in power-save mode. While I did not want to schedule painting after moving my furniture in, the maintenance team was quick to respond to the HVAC and water issues. I hope this is the exception rather than the norm, because the lease does state that a tenant is supposed to pay for property management approved cleaning and painting services on move out.
