Very professional and seamless process through out rental process. Very flexible in my moving out process and considerate of me and my family during Covid. Never had any issues putting in work orders or getting repairs done. Quick response times to any questions or concerns. Our landlord changed property managers after a not so successful initial selection. The difference was night and day. Juli got our list of to-dos and got to work. Her vendor selection has been too-notch, too! Everybody is professional and very fast at getting things done—mid-pandemic, no less. We are relieved to be well-taken care of.

We moved into this property in March and so far so good. Having a website to pay rent and to submit a maintenance request provides a lot of value to us as the customers. The only negative is that we would have preferred to do a walk through prior to moving in. We noted a couple of issues that would have been caught and addressed.
