Our landlord changed property managers after a not so successful initial selection. The difference was night and day. Juli got our list of to-dos and got to work. Her vendor selection has been too-notch, too! Everybody is professional and very fast at getting things done—mid-pandemic, no less. We are relieved to be well-taken care of.

We moved into this property in March and so far so good. Having a website to pay rent and to submit a maintenance request provides a lot of value to us as the customers. The only negative is that we would have preferred to do a walk through prior to moving in. We noted a couple of issues that would have been caught and addressed.
