Please make sure the carpet is removed and replace instead of cleaning if previous residents had pets! If previous residents was smoking in then residemce make sure it doesnt snell like that for new residents. All trash needs to be taken care of from old resident not new residents to take care of. Make sure the safety hazards are properly installed! Make sure the new residents understand how to connect to the thermostat!

I have had a rodent issue for months with several complaints of the outside to in my walls and now in my house. I had one in a trash bag which I requested maintenance to remove, it was called in at 5:30pm and didn't see maintenance until noon the next day after we had resolved the issue ourselves.
