I need to express concern regarding the ongoing pest issues throughout the property. Maintenance has been doing everything they can, but this appears to be a larger issue affecting multiple units and is beyond what can reasonably be handled in-house. At this point, regular professional pest control service is necessary, and the lack of it is unacceptable. I’ve also been approached by an outside pest control company that already services others within the complex because your complex (chestnut heights) is not doing so and it's a MAJOR COMPLAINT. Please consider contracting a professional pest control provider to address the issue property-wide.

We were charged month to month rent after we gave 60+ day notice and 5 days advanced notice when we saw the charge on our account. Now it is going to take up to 30 days to get our money back.

The technician was very professional and competent. I am happy we have such a great team taking care of our property. I am comfortable letting them into my home to repair items. Thanks so much! I will note that right when I moved in I took a TON of hair out of my shower drain and bought a hair catcher for my hair. I didn't do that to the upstairs sink though. The technician cleared a gross large amount of hair from the sink, which I don't believe to be mine (I am really sensitive to hair going down drains to avoid that exact gross clean out situation!) Could this please be added to your move-out tenant turnover list for future properties?

Please make sure the carpet is removed and replace instead of cleaning if previous residents had pets! If previous residents was smoking in then residemce make sure it doesnt snell like that for new residents. All trash needs to be taken care of from old resident not new residents to take care of. Make sure the safety hazards are properly installed! Make sure the new residents understand how to connect to the thermostat!
