The primary reason I am leaving CubeSmart is the frequency and size of the rent increases. While I understand that operating costs can rise over time, the rate at which my storage fees increased seemed excessive and disproportionate to any noticeable improvements in the facility, services, or customer experience.As a long-term customer, I found it difficult to justify the continual price increases, especially when there were no significant enhancements that added value for tenants. Ultimately, the cost no longer reflected the value received, and I was able to find more reasonably priced storage elsewhere.I would encourage CubeSmart to reconsider its pricing strategy and place greater emphasis on customer retention. Consistent and substantial rate increases make it challenging for loyal customers to remain with the company.

Was a little pricey, but well pleased. No longer need the services.

I would say our items were safe, and we did not have to worry. My concern is the constant price change. That is one of the reasons that we left.

Professional and adequate

This particular Cubesmart location was always very well maintained. Mari, the associate who works here is fantastic. She was always available to help in any type of situation and was constantly keeping the facility clean and tidy. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will miss our interactions with her.
