When I started I paid a lower price than almost the 3 years that I had the unit. Instead of rewarding customers for being long-term prompt paying customers, you chose to raise the rent a few times before the first year was even up. Then every nine months there after you raised the rent by at least 15%. Finally, the rent was so high that it wasn’t feasible for me to continue to rent the unit.

Your facility was very friendly and most helpful. Everything was done quick and easily. Office workers are very friendly. I didn't mind paying the 99 dollars monthly but then after 6 months, you raised the price to 135 dollars. I guess that is common practice since your belongings are already in the unit. We decided with today's economy, to remove our items. It definitely wasn't because of bad conditions or anything like that. Just wasn't happy with the price increase.

The customer services was great from the hotline to the actual location. Each staff member was very helpful and fulfilled all of our needs and questions. The units are very clean and prices were great.

We had a 68% increase in our monthly bill in 20 months! Too much of an increase, too expensive. Other units in the area are significantly less.

When we started renting, the price is only $130 and a year later when we got her stuff out the price is over $200 a month.

The unit that I was interesed in was held for me so that I could think about it. It was easy to sign up for the unit. Promotion was good.
