Ensuring HCS updates are done on weekends or overnight or not during prime working hours. Carpet is very dirty and water cooler has flooded multiple times which likely has mold under it. Needs paint and a refresh.

We need the big printer hooked up in the big UM office and screens on the windows without holes in them. A pain job would also be appreciated

I have worked in Chicago behavioral hospital for almost 5 years in the clinical department and have worked my way up to a leadership position. I feel that under the supervision of Kelly I can do my job more effectively and therefore better serve our patients. Before Kelly became our interim CEO I had serious thoughts of leaving, but now I do not see myself working anywhere other than CBH. I genuinely feel supported by Kelly and I know she values the patients and their care more than anyone I have seen before. Andrea has also been one of the best additions to CBH because not only is she well educated and competent in her role l, she makes my team feel safe to talk to her. Albert has also been one of the best patient advocates that we have ever had. He goes above and beyond for patients and their families, and I always feel comfortable going to him with a problem.
