CBH needs to do better in not hiring very one that wants a job a lot of people are no qualified and do not know how to team work

Solution than blaming staff

Rewards can be a few hours of PTO added to their bank which could also help when sending people home for low Census. More outside eating areas for when it’s nice. Finding somewhere else to do orientation so patients don’t have to miss out on gym time. During the holiday season, allow a “Presents For Patients” so the staff can purchase something for a chosen patient…secret Santa style. Cleaning and fixing up areas, rooms and old parts of the building we don’t use to make them more functional for staff and storage while utilizing additional space we have at our disposal.
