more in-depth training in other departments and maybe meetings including all departments so we can see what obstacles they are running into that make it an issue for them to hold up their part of work and we can discuss issues we are seeing on our end so maybe we can work together to get somewhere? I've seen a high turnaround in specific departments and it's a disadvantage for us because we barely hit our bonuses and it's frustrating that no matter how hard we work our bonuses are dependent on every department holding up their end of work. Hitting a bonus was a big perk of the position and if we aren't hitting bonus even if we are helping other departments out its pretty unfair.

CBH should put back the anonymous box that used to be located in the lunchroom. CBH should make the staff lunchroom more welcoming by painting the lunchroom , adding brighter lights and better furniture. Sometimes it appears the table are not being cleaned reguI think that the out patient location would benefit from better supervision and or security on a daily basis . not enough staffing at time

Please consult the individuals who work directly with the patients when making goals and requirements regarding group attendance, they will explain why it is not realistic to force patients to come to group. The doctors and social workers need to be more cognizant of hippa and not talk to patients in front of other patients and/or during groups. Double check the licensure of all staff to make sure therapy provided is ethical. I could go on and on about the problems in this facility, the lack of communication and respect from higher ups to the staff members who are actually working directly with the patients. This is not a good place to work and has burnt me out to a crisp. I could truly go on and on.

Nurses should do a little more for their patients, and not sit all day long at the computer or on their phones.

Stop micromanaging staff support staff on units when dealing with difficult patients and high quality units. CNA MORE PAY & giving more support on one North. Some staff is entitled to be rude to other staff and not get in trouble for it when it’s reported and making other staff feel uncomfortable when working with staff members on units
