Consideration for long time employees .New employees getting better pay and existing employees are only getting nominal raise.Try to keep long time ,experienced employees with good work history ,by offering a fair raise. That will be better than hiring new employees monthly and seeing them leaving CBH within months.Find the better employees, offer fair raise and try to keep them.

Continue to work on updating the building. We have made strides in the last few months, painting 2 south, putting up murals, even the outside of the building has new mulch and flowers.

Spending a bit more money on upgrading. There’s a lot of broken things like chairs and would be nice to have come to a new chair

There isn’t cohesion across departments and it creates gaps in patient care. People are stretched so thin and it impacts the quality of care patients receive. There is no clear follow through on consequences for behaviors that staff reports. Support from leadership feels minimal at times. I also don’t believe the pay is appropriate and there is no difference between PRN and PT/FT pay which I was under the impression PRN was eligible for more. Pay in general is too low for the work required across the hospital as a whole for what we handle each day and the efforts we put in.
