Upper management NEED to listen what the MHT’s are saying, stop always siding with the the nurse, they do and say a lot of wicked things and they get a pass, not coolThe patients need more to do for OVN like puzzles and books & etc to keep them occupied, also everyone should have access to the snacks/food for the patients, a lot of the codes are due to to the limited food and snacks, yes we do have apples but they don’t always want that.

Pay your loyal good employees what they deserve, it doesn’t feel right when the people you are training is making more money then you, it’s like you don’t value good work and you are Willing to pay new lazy people more because you are short staffed and need body’s. But I just am MHTI am loyal decent employees, but recently finding out that new people that I am training are making more money then me really discourages me, I believe there is no loyalty or respect in this place,or moving up, it’s all about $$$, seems like lazy employees are valued over good workers.
