Better benefits. The health insurance is the worse its been in the over 20 years I have been working in the building. The cost for thousands of dollars in noncovered bills is to big for workers like me to afford.some times I feel like I will get beat up by the patients.

Better office space, social work and UM offices could use new floors. The floors are stained.Mallory is a good boss and supervisor. Even when she is busy she finds time to help us

Ensuring HCS updates are done on weekends or overnight or not during prime working hours. Carpet is very dirty and water cooler has flooded multiple times which likely has mold under it. Needs paint and a refresh.

We need the big printer hooked up in the big UM office and screens on the windows without holes in them. A pain job would also be appreciated
