The policy that forces hourly employees to use PTO if they work under 39 hours is awful for morale. Especially considering that salaried employees can work less hours and receive full compensation.Supervisors and managers should receive ongoing management and/or leadership training.Employees who require CEs should be, at the very least, provided some time off to attend trainings.Many of the comments provided by my department in last year's survey are true today. I don't think that my direct supervisor communicates effectively nor do they seem to advocate for the department. I am not confident that comments or concerns I provide are passed on to senior leadership.There have been superficial changes but these don't get to the root of the problem.

More regular cleaning and updates needed- the facility frequently smells and some patient rooms always reek of urine when the heat or air conditioning is onWindow screens need replacing as there are holes covered with tape and bugs frequently get inCeiling is rusting/rotting with visible holes

Get rid of the bully. She lied to MANAGMENT because I didn’t want to code someone that she triggered and refused to use her descalation tactics. But instead threatens them. But when I told Neli and patty it’s just “I’ll talk to her”. But she can continue to come here work here after threatening, physically abusing them. ReallyI’ve been working here so long. This is the worst mht I’ve ever worked with. She is horrible and neli and patty need a wake up call soon before she continues to embarrass them

Pay us better. You bring horrible patients- we get HURT and we are the ones to blame and everything is just “what could you have done better?” You never check to see if we are ok after getting hurt. You bring violent patients we get BITE SPIT ON PUNCHED KICKED RIOTS HAPPEN. FOR WHAT 20$ an hour.APPRECIATE YOUR STAFF MORE. GIVE US BONUSES. NOT PEICE OF CRAP TARGET GIFT CARDS AS A HOLIDAY GIFT. WE DONT EVEN GET A THANK YOU!!!!! And you sit there and wonder why things go wrongPay is better if you want the company to stay afloat

1. Competitive pay rates.2. Better communication between departments3. Introduce wellness and professional development initiativesThis past year has been challenging and, at times, demotivating. The increasing focus on profit has been discouraging, as our primary purpose is to serve patients, not just meet numerical goals. I hope that the new leadership recognizes the value of our work and invests in strengthening our facility and staff, rather than prioritizing external projects that divert attention and resources from patient care.

Trying to put all that apply. ALL OF THEM APPLYWhen I seen a mht hit a patient I reported her and she still works here but if it was MEEEE I would of been fired under investigation
