The EMR systems used for scheduling, sending reminders, and reach patients as opposed to out-dated systems such as using outlook to keep track of appointments.

Furniture or have once in a while deep cleaning on chairs for patients especially since a lot of them don't have the best personal hygiene

A good morning from other employees or a hello when walking through the halls. Sometimes coming across ofco workers that look like they are in a bad mood, makes me feel bad and I always try to say hello with a smile, idk if this helps....
