They need more staff on every unit

Staffing, better communication skills with subordinates, scheduler has to do her job and not the employees doing the job for her.

More consistent patient engagement: Public reports referenced concerns about limited therapy activities or difficulty accessing counselors and advocates consistently. Increasing therapy availability and patient interaction could improve treatment outcomes.

We shouldn’t determine the number of staff by census but by the acuity of patients. It’s so many employees that are getting hurt that uses CPI training but we don’t have enough staff to cover aggressive patients.
