Stop hiring people who have barely been in the field in management positions. Those in management appear to have absolutely no experience or training in leadership and it reflects very poorly on the hospital as a whole. Also, stop pulling the rug out from under the feet of your employees. It’s insane the corners that have been cut in the outpatient department. Why are other therapists in the hospital salaried but those in outpatient hourly?? It shows that the hospital does not prioritize outpatient services. Also therapists should not perform marketing for the hospital…

- I think it is important that we work in a more cleanly environment. The carpet is musty causing a lot of people in the offices to be feeling sick. The walls are peeling and the colors are gloomy making the atmospheres of the offices gray. There’s a constantly leaking water dispenser which has made the carpets wet and probably moldy under. The screens of the windows are ripped and the blinds are broken. Not an ideal situation in the chance that there is a fire or active shooter. The ceiling panels are discolored and some are broken and have holes.

Better benefits. The health insurance is the worse its been in the over 20 years I have been working in the building. The cost for thousands of dollars in noncovered bills is to big for workers like me to afford.some times I feel like I will get beat up by the patients.
