They are awesome with kids, my kids even ask me to stay outside and wait!

Unfortunately, I would say it is not all the staff, but my daughter was having treatment, which I must say, the Doctor was amazing. The young girl who was helping the doctor was also very helpful. However, there was one staff member who came in and out as if she were rushing the doctor. And it was very upsetting but thank God everything went well

The hygienist was nice, pleasant. However, I'm concerned she wasn't thorough in her work. When the dentist came in, she seems to have needed to do a lot of additional scraping of my child's teeth/more thorough cleaning. I would expect that to be done more by the hygienist. I'm glad the doctor did it but want to be sure the hygienist are being thorough too.

It took 25 minutes past our appointment time for the first child to be called in and another 15 minutes after that for the second child. Considering we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time, those are excessively long wait times, especially for a 6 and a 7 year old. We had a half hour wait after our appointment time at our last appointment as well, and these have only been for cleanings.

I had my mother bring in my daughter for an emergency visit on 3/12 due to tooth pain on a tooth on the lower right side. A tooth that wasn’t suppose to be extracted until 3/23 was pulled along with a cap placed on the neighbor tooth. The tooth that was bothering her wasn’t even addressed. I had given the location of the tooth pain over the phone wile booking the appointment, my mother mentioned it and so didn’t my daughter.
