I inquired about school vacation weeks, because I work at a school makes appointments easier to not take time off & bring Caleb, none offered at the time.

Everything was good all the AIDS were great the dentist was a little cold and standoffish she spoke down to me a little bit as if I didn't understand what she was saying that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome everyone else was great I was there because I have a special needs autistic child with ADHD. I've gone there from the Holyoke health center because I felt that also the dentist was very cold and detached and I did not feel comfortable or safe with them handling my child I am having second thoughts about having my child's treatment being done there I will be looking for a third opinion because once again I did not feel safe or comfortable with the coldness that the dentist herself was offering that was not a good first impression everyone else was great amazing and wonderful and they all got a 10 out of 10 except for the dentist unfortunately from me she made me feel very unwelcome.

Overall, a positive experience. However, the office was very busy and not as inviting as another pediatric dentist office we also have for another family member.
