I was told by the doctor that myChild was not a good candidate for a filling because of his anxiety. My son has adhd and anxiety and was told he would need sedation to remove the tooth. They did not even attempt treatment. Medication was applied to the tooth a second time so that the cavity doesn’t worsen. My son had no problem being relaxed and sitting through that process. This is the second time no real attempt was made to actually fix the cavity. I’m missing work and my kids miss school.

I’m not happy with the care my son Caleb received the other day. At first the dentist seemed great, kid friendly and patient. But that facade crumbled as soon as my son expressed any concern of pain. He was told that it’s basically all in his head and there’s no reason to cry and that he DID NOT FEEL PAIN, even tho they were working very close to the root. My son did great and let him finish regardless. Now his cheek is swollen along with his gums. I’d like to speak to someone about this

Amazing!! They’re so considerate with us parents and the care is top notch. I was really impressed by the care to my daughter and me as a mother.

The hygienist working with my son was very impatient and not friendly to him. She and the doctor spoke about him like he wasn’t right there and didn’t give him the time and patience to adjust to being in a new office. The entire experience was super overstimulating for my son and myself.

Kayden had a good experience. With Justin as a mother I understand my child needs to do better brushing but sitting there lecturing a child about his brushing the whole time will not put any positive reinforcement on his brushing. I didn’t even know he didn’t have any cavities until the end of his visit. Instead of just lecturing and pointing out the negative kids do good with positivity and respond better with it also. It’s ok to let him know he does something right.

My daughter is very anxious patient and has historically been quite difficult for your staff.Hygienist Lay and Clinical Coordinator Jackie were so accommodating and patient. My daughter was “mostly” cooperative for the first time ever and had a fantastic experience. Forgive me for forgetting the Doctor’s name during our visit but his warm demeanor and no judgmental approach with my daughter worked wonders. We are so very grateful for all involved at our visit yesterday.

I asked once it was verified that cavity fillings were necessary if there would a way to sedate my daughter who has extreme anxiety with the dentist. After an unsuccessful filling attempt, then the offer for a sedative was provided and we would need to take multiple steps before doing so. Had that option been offered to begin with, we had already seen her doctor that week for ear, mouth and throat referral per the dentist’s request and this traumatic experience could have been avoided.
