The whole situation with having a leak in my ceiling for over a month was extremely frustrating. People kept saying things were “fixed” only to have the leak continue multiple times. Things sat unfinished for over a week this most recent time without any update from the workers. I needed to submit another maintenance request to have them patch the holes in the ceiling that the water damage created.
