I was given three distinct amounts I was supposed to pay by cashiers check for my first month. I immediately had to request three high-priority (and obvious) maintenance issues be addressed, and generally just felt like no one was there to make this process smooth.

The whole situation with having a leak in my ceiling for over a month was extremely frustrating. People kept saying things were “fixed” only to have the leak continue multiple times. Things sat unfinished for over a week this most recent time without any update from the workers. I needed to submit another maintenance request to have them patch the holes in the ceiling that the water damage created.
