I need to work in times of snow and mud. The tires do not work well in either condition. Offer a more aggressive tread. The on/off switch is in a poor location. It would be better on the side rather than in front. Common loads tend to push the tub back and make access to the switch difficult. Overall it is a good tool and works well on non-slippery terrain. As an older man (79) I appreciate the ability to move load up inclines.

It seems there is a lot of quality control issues with the frame in particular. We were able to get replacement parts through support however the replacement parts were still fairly out of alignment. The sad part is everything else about the product is great, it's just these quality control issues with the frame that could be resolved if the welding was just inspected a little bit more carefully.

After several years of hard use and probably some misuse I had some issues, I contacted Chore Warrior and discussed the problem with their customer service. They were able to troubleshoot over the phone. I had my parts in just a couple days and problems fixed. Their customer service is outstanding, they contacted me numerous times to make sure everything was working correctly. Money well spent.

These guys are great. Always very helpful when I call. Only downside is the power switch not very sturdy and often glitches.

The wheel barrow is heavy and is hard to dump.

Really helps motivate me on our one acre to move around with tools, and not dread tasks involving moving heavy wheelbarrows across our acre.
