I worked with Nancy before she left snd then Indi in office and they were both great to work with. They helped me with scheduling and prescriptions.Dr.Seidel is very easy to communicate with and very patient in explaining answered to all questions.

Dr. Siedel was patient and listened to my concerns. He thoroughly explained a plan of care. The staff were courteous and very efficient.

It’s great, Better and broader selection of orthopedic doctors than VHC and Inova; inspire patient confidence.

Good visit

The visit was a complete waste of time, The Doctor didn't do any type of physical examination on my back, offered zero solutions on how to deal with the pain I'm experiencing, no prescription and was basically dismissive of any concerns I had. When I pressed him a little bit on how to resolve my issues his only response was to continue doing therapy but also do the exercises on my own time assuming that I wasn't already doing that. Clearly the worst encounter I've done had with a Doctor, I hope it wasn't because of my skin color

Dr. Seidel provides ample opportunity to ask questions, and provides clear information.

Long wait! But Dr seidel was excellent and I formative and listened.

The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable, presented treatment option in an easy-to-understand way, and answered all of my questions. The only drawback to my visit was the 1-hour wait I had in the exam room. No staff updated me on the long wait. When I went to the desk to ask how much longer the wait was going to be, his nurse seemed astounded that I would even ask. Gave me the impression that my time wasn’t important. She never asked if I’d like to reschedule. I understand there’s things that come up, but courtesy goes a long way in these situations. I felt like this was lacking.

I have been to Anderson clinic before and had surgery w 2 of the doctors. I was hoping to have an osteopathic manipulation with dr Seidel. Instead he did X-rays which I did not expect. I complained about my back & neck, but he only wanted to focus on my low back. Not what I expected.
