Was Promised a credit, but still no credit or food! But if rent is late your hit with eviction an late fee but still no food! Waiting game here always

There are rats in the neighborhood. It doesn’t seem like the staff really cares about it though because they let the trash pile up every week essentially feeding the rats. Other than that everything else is ok when it comes to putting in questions and concerns regarding the property

When I was searching for a new apartment, Chroma Apartments was the top of list. The upkeep of the grounds, cleanliness of the apartments and the well-lit areas at night, helped to make my decision. I have been living at Chroma Apartments for over 8 years. Yorluani and the office staff is friendly, and polite. The maintenance team Antoine, Ricardo and Ruben has been quick to address any repair concerns. If the request is put in very early, sometimes the same day, if not 1 to 2 days. It is one of the best places tochoose as your home.

flood since November 2025none of the appliances were fix mold and mildew all over the Wall didn’t stay in the apartment whole month of December I were told that my rent were going to credit none of that happened I moved out February 2026 I feel like with amount rent I were paying the condition very unacceptable.. Everyone want to put it Fairfield the corporate office does not work on the property. Many complaints about the neighbors nothing were done Just about everyone that work on property I complain to Absolutely nothing we’re done. I ask numerous of time for corporate number never gave it to me.The maintenance team is great. Mr Charles is great as well .

Staff sucks! They are completely unprofessional, needs to be investigated. Apartments having very very bad pest problems. Rats running around garbage area. I watched on my camera outside my house one was roaming the halls. Not quick at answering maintenance request. Overall I would not recommend anyone to move here! 4/10 in my opinion
