The property is NOT being kept up and there’s roaches everywhere . Roaches are coming out of the walls, including the bathroom walls.

Apartment I view was not worth $2000 per month. Cupboard was old and chipped maybe $1700. Walkways was dirty and smelly. Bugs everywhere.better up keep is needed. Pro

The place was great, however it was raining at my appointment time, and the employee stated that the company did not allow tours when it is raining. We drove a long way and I feel this policy is very inconvenient. If it is to be held up, a reschedule notice would be appreciated so that I do not waste my time driving over.
