I enjoyed the tour, the guide was very informative and the property was nice.

Overall general communication is lacking. Multiple calls and emails left unreturned. This something that was consistent over our 5 years at the property.

The staff was really nice and understanding I would recommend it to anyone. The staff were so nice the same day I went the same day they gave me a tour of the apartments. They gave me an estimate of the rooms and they were just really super sweet.

The community is not exactly safe. I’ve had two shootings to occur outside of my unit. Not only that but the constant presence of roaches, bugs, and mold within my unit are an issue. Also, the units on the 2100 side are outdated and unsecured despite rent prices being the same as the rent prices on the newer side. Neighbors blast music at all hours of the night and nothing gets done about it.
