Services was good. Was not happy when I was informed that because my vehicle was not a MOPAR brand vehicle that the Facebook coupon I used to make the appointment was not valid and was told that it was listed in the fine print. If there are conditions they should be stated up front and not burried in the fine print. Seems to me loke this a marketing tactic used to drive business into the shop. No one likes to be surprised at checkout then told "Oh it was listed in the fine print".

Communication was terrible. Didn’t know that express had moved yet again. Was told that it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours, it ended up at almost 4 hrs with a scheduled appt. Communication while service was being done was spotty at best, and the tracking system was not working to follow the progress.

Gary is always courteous and professional, he was ready for my scheduled service when I arrived and addressed all my concerns. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
