The service technician was very professional

came in for my free oil change they owed me for a prior mishap but they didn't find anything indicating it. Probably because the previous service guy messed it up and I gave a poor review on my service at the dealership. I go here all the time for my vehicles. The manager knew about it back then as he authorized it but did not acknowledge it. Kind of disappointed at them this time but the service writer was extremely friendly and professional. I would still go there because they do good work but should honor their promises.

Ron the shuttle driver is a very pleasant person to talk to and quick to get you to your destination.The recall was accomplished properly and fairly quick.It is too bad the paddle shifters cannot be disconnected.
