The service technician damaged my car. I was told that I would receive a call back the following day and have not received a call yet and it is four days later

Came in for a recall and oil change. Service finished in a timely manner

Scheduled maintenance was OK. I askes for a steam clean of the Engine but was told they don't steam clean but do power wash. They did not do that. I also asked them to check ticking noise behind the dash and was told I would need to leave the vehicle for 3 to 4 days. Why I do not know. This is the second time I asked to have these items taken care of. The previous time March they did nothing for either item and had no explanation.

Appointment for 9am for a simple oil change. By1130 , no service advisor has bothered to come out and talked to me about any possible additional services that might be needed or to tell me that the oil change is done. I get up up and look outside to see my car parked along side other cars waiting to be picked up. I go and ask the tech if my car is ready. He looks it up and says , yes it's ready. I asked him how long has my car been done, and why wasn't I notified ? His reply, said they were busy. Two and a half hours is too long to wait, especially after making an appointment. If I hadn't asked ,who knows how much longer I would have had to wait. I've had good service in the past, this was not one of those times!
