It has been so bad since Mox purchased the complex, it’s really going downhill and everything is so disorganized, weeds growing everywhere and so so many issues.

Nothing works since yall got here, our community isn’t the same and we no longer have monthly events. Doggy bags are missing always the trash from the dog bins is always full. The coffee machine doesn’t work. The gates don’t lock. The management doesn’t email you back.

MX guy explained to me that there were too many clothes in the washer. As I told him we have been washing this way over a year now and never had any issues. My problem is that washer is not reading when it should be done it starts the load back to wash. He explained some things making sense. But nothing was checked. I washed a smaller load after he left and it did the same thing. My electricity is being ran double due to this issue for one load. Nothing was fixed. He was very friendly though.

The staff here have created an outstanding experience in assisting me through different options and going out of their way to help find the perfect fit, they have been very good at communicating through the process so far and each person I have spoken with has been very kind. Great team!

Great people, very friendly. However, a 2 man team with a groundskeeper for a complex of this size, sharing with other properties - when the prior maintenance team was 5 people + groundskeeper for one property, seems unrealistic. The maintenance team is great, but it is unsurprising with the amount of work they have that it takes longer to complete projects or they can’t communicate all the time (oven the workload). Just something to keep in mind

Maintenance came very quickly and resolved the matter quickly. I do wish I would’ve seen what was wrong so if it happens again I can fix easily.
