The associate was so helpful and caring

The move-in process was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. It took a whopping three hours to complete, which resulted in me losing my U-Haul contracts. To make matters worse, I didn't receive the welcome package I was promised, and the new property management company failed to provide a smooth transition. I was also expecting an incentive, but it never arrived. also still delayed on Wi-Fi after six days and never received my tote bag nor water bottle.

I love living in this community!
