Was fast, friendly as always !!

From the time I put in the service request it took right over a month before we got our new washer/dryer unit installed. That is a long time to be without one. I know we cant expect for it to be fixed the next day but over a month is just not right. Fortunately there was an empty unit downstairs I was able to use but even still..for a whole month? And if that wasnt available I would've been really screwed
