Came here on Aug 21, 2019 for an oil change and warranty work on the head rest which was ripping and the transmission randomly shifting hard into gear for my 2017 F150. They said my service advisor Enrique was late coming in to work which Alexander took over. Alexander said Enrique would call me to get everything in order. Well after dropping my truck off at 8am at 450pm Alexander called me at 450pm to tell me my truck is ready on my voicemail. I called citrus Ford at 5pm to get a late pickup but they said I need to talk to my service advisor to get the late pickup. I left a voicemail and text message for him. I heard nothing. I called at 530pm. No one in service would pickup. It went straight to voicemail for the service department. I left a message. 550pm I heard nothing. I called the main operator and told her my situation. She transferred me to the service department and once again no answer and it went to the service department voicemail!! I called the operator again since that’s the only one that answers the phone at Citrus Ford. She said she’ll transfer me to the cashier maybe they can help. The phone rang all the way to voicemail!!! Called the operator again, and she went beyond her duty to look for my advisor. She was the only one that impressed me. Alexander was super nice too. So the operator put me on the phone with my advisor and he said he’ll leave my keys with the cashier. I get to Ford at 645pm to pick my truck up. The cashier gives me my keys and I was like how much do I owe for the oil change. She said she didn’t know. She said the service department just told her to give me my keys. I got zero paperwork or anything!!!! I didn’t pay either. I just got my keys and that’s it. I go to my truck and soon as I start it, MY OIL LIFE IS AT 44 PERCENT! So I pop the hood and my oil filter is covered in dust! I pull the dipstick and the OIL IS BLACK! Citrus Ford never did my oil change! I feel like im at Jiffy Lube when they were caught pretending to do oil changes. So I go back inside and talk to the sales people since they are the only ones here at Ford at 645pm. I wanted to show them how the service department did not do my oil change at all. They got my info and said they will email the service department. They were apologetic and told me that’s all they can do since sales and service at separate. I get a call from Dean the next morning in the AM. He was apologetic and asked if I can I bring the truck in again to make this right. He had no idea why I got no paperwork or my OIL CHANGE!!!! I came in immediately. When I met with dean we talked about the price. First he told me with full synthetic oil and a rotation it would be 120.00 dollars. Ok shame on me thinking they would discount it since I wasted my time coming back to the dealership which from my house it’s a 20 min drive. I asked Dean, can I get at least a discount for me having to come back down. Long story short, he compensated me well with the price. I wanted to give this place 1 stars but Dean was pretty good at fixing this situation. But be careful. Check to make sure they actually do your oil change.
