Calvin Davis kept up with me during an incredibly difficult medical challenge as a friend. After completing my treatments he called again to check in, and after a visit we decided to purchase two cars from City Auto. They not only, took the time to help us find 'the right' vehicle but wanted us to get the 'best of the best' vehicle! We couldn't be happier with them.

The status tracker app stopped working halfway through my service. I didn’t have a problem because it didn’t take long at all for the service to be complete but for longer services, I imagine customers would want to use this feature. It’s an amazing feature to offer!

I have only had two service appointments, I don't over state on surveys for the company to falsely represent themself.I am not sure about the amenities, WIFI or seating and waiting areas. I have no desire to sit in the building that I'm not satisfied with. I drop my vehicle and walk around outside. The parking is small, but not an issue for service repairs.I will not purchase my next vehicle from this dealership or any of them owned by this company.

I had to take an uber to get my car after a day of waiting to hear back about my car.Nothing offered other amenity wise. Told it was just down the hall. Otherwise I used my own hotspot. Spacious area to sit.They supposedly ordered the part. Yet when I returned to have it installed was not able to be located. They didn’t get back to me about my part on the day of service. When I called to talk to them the following day my call was not returned.Didn’t know where my vehicle part is. Hasn’t gotten back to me yet where it is or have a return appointment for installed of the module that is ordered.Not clear as to when vehicle was done. Exterior of vehicle very dirty. Checked in with 92209 picked up with 92237 miles on it.I need to have my vehicle part installed & to know where the module is. I paid for the part & services received recently. Would like this to be resolved in a reasonable manner of time.Thank youMatthew M Wright

I was a little taken aback because one of my tires have been low and I expected that with the oil change they would put air in my tire (every quick oil change place does this). So I was disappointed that I pay more and go to my dealership to get my oil changed and they didn't even put air in my tire. Just a little lazy too me.
